PPF Peace Paths Foundation visits the Head of the Specialized Criminal Prosecution in Hadhramaut

Today, a team from the Peace Paths Foundation (PPF) met with Judge Raed Lardi, Head of the Specialized Criminal Prosecution in Hadhramaut, to discuss ways to cooperate in implementing a workshop for public and specialized prosecutors and security officers in the field of law enforcement.


Judge Raed Lardi was briefed on the preparations for the workshop, scheduled for early next month in Mukalla. The workshop is funded by the German Friedrich Ebert Foundation (FES) and implemented by the Peace Paths Foundation (PPF). The workshop aims to provide training on conflict resolution, law enforcement mechanisms, and the protection and promotion of human rights for security and police officers, prosecutors, and members of various prosecution offices.


Judge Lardi listened to a detailed explanation of the workshop's implementation mechanism and the involvement of relevant stakeholders from Mr. Obaid Waqed, Executive Director of the Peace Paths Foundation. He expressed his appreciation for this visit and these efforts, which will contribute to enhancing the participants' capacity to protect and consolidate human rights, follow all sound legal methods for law enforcement, and resolve all disputes. He emphasized the Specialized Criminal Prosecution's keenness and cooperation to participate in such a workshop.
